Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All Salt Fly Co. products are custom printed when your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US) Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Domestic (US) Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost, please contact us at saltflyco@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic orders. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and make it right.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
